Confidentiality
The patent is public. Everything else — schematics, firmware, keys, errata write-ups — is released under a mutual NDA, which we will send on request or sign on your paper.
What you can ask for
Name whichever of these is useful and it will be arranged. Reviewers usually want the last two first.
- The patent file
- The granted utility patent in full, with prosecution history and assignment records.
- The hardware package
- Schematic, PCB, bill of materials, fabrication outputs, netlist and the errata write-ups.
- Both firmware repositories
- Read access, with a walkthrough from whoever wrote them.
- A technical call
- An engineer on the line, answering your engineer, with a board in front of them.
Worth saying plainly
We would rather this technology ship under someone else's name than sit on a shelf under ours. If you are the right owner, the terms will not be the hard part.
